I hope you have been doing wonderful.
There are some things I wish to share about my life, but I want to take some time until I share it with you.
I will keep today’s newsletter short and want to share some simple June Reminders.
So here are 6 reminders as we head on to the 6th month of the year:
- See your feelings as visitors. Let them come and go. You need not judge any of them. Simply observe them as visitors.
- Everybody says that we must look for the lesson in everything. But how often do we give it a thought and practice it when we are in the middle of a struggle, a challenge or a bad experience?
If you’re struggling through something, remember that it is an opportunity for you to practice seeing the good in the bad. There is always some good hidden.
Be someone who can see the lesson in every experience, especially amid bad experiences. This does not mean that you do not feel down or try to neglect the feelings you have been feeling, but rather accept your feelings and still choose to see the lessons it provide for you.
Allow everything in your life to be fodder for your growth and do not give in to hopelessness, bitterness and apathy. Let everything that happens in your life make you kinder, wiser and full of love.
- Sometimes going with the flow means that you are not daring enough to do what you have to do. Don’t mistake waiting for patience. Patience is a virtue. Simply waiting without doing anything is not. So ask yourself, are you practicing patience or are you simply waiting?
- You are loved and supported by the Universe. Trust that it always has your best interest at heart.
- Be open to possibilities. Don’t just keep thinking of what is normal or rational. The world we live in is highly mystical and magical. Anything can happen, and ‘that’ anything can be extraordinarily good too.
- Let the source of your love emerge from within you rather than expecting it from without. You have a fountain of love within. Tune in to that love inside you. It is there.
