Hello dear readers,
I turned 30 on the 13th of January. I started this blog three years ago on my 27th birthday where I shared my first-ever post about the 27 years of my life so far.
This year I am starting my own podcast called the ‘Heart of Living’ which has been on my mind since last year.
If you read my blog often, or if you’re visiting my blog for the first time and like what I share here, I am sure you will also love my Podcast.
You can find my first episode here- I share and open up about the grief of losing my pet kitten Mia and on coming to accept suffering.
I named my Podcast ‘Heart Of Living’ because I wanted to share everything I consider to be at the heart of living that can help you in living intentionally, creatively and mindfully.
Ever since I started listening to podcasts I have been in love with it and have been inspired by so many others in starting my own.
The intention behind starting my podcast is to be a little bit more personal and to share my heart every week more freely.
I also want to be a better speaker as I have always been someone who finds it very difficult to come and speak out in public.
Even though this podcast is a solo podcast, I hope to be more open in how I share my thoughts and ideas because I really feel I have many good things I would want you to know about living a life you can love.
With this podcast, I also hope to reach those of us who don’t have much time to read blogs, but would rather prefer listening while doing other things like walking, cooking, cleaning, etc.
In some episodes you might hear me sharing about building better habits, in some episodes, you might hear me share about any new insights and revelations and in some episodes that might range from happiness, creativity, work, relationships, and health to also suffering, healing and basically everything that lies at the heart of living.
New episodes will be out every Thursday.
I promise to be true to myself, grounded, and authentic and bring you heartful episodes every week and hope to inspire you to be your best, kindest and truest self.
I hope you join me on my podcast journey and find your heart of living.
